Why haven't I been invoiced?

You may have noticed that an invoice hasn't been produced for you this month, and here's why;

There is now a Minimum Invoicing Threshold for all users, meaning that if less than 6 items have been produced (this can be certificates, notifications, or a combination of the two), then no invoice will be generated. The items will be invoiced the following month provided that the minimum has been met. If this isn't the case, the items will be invoiced after 3 months.
