Maintenance will be kept to a minimum where possible, however if we experience issues that reduces the use of the system for our contractors we would have to take the decision to take the system offline to resolve this.
We will however, on pre-empted maintenance ensure that this is carried out within off-peak times and notify our contractors of this prior to it taking place.
As this is a cloud system, it will be periodically updated with enhancements. All updates are completed automatically, including changes to forms and certificates when regulations change.
