Adding users to your account is a vital part of the NICEIC Online system, each user has their own account and signature to sign the relevant fields within a certificate. There isn't a limit as to how many users can be created so just add as many as you need. If you would like to know how to set a users permissions please consult the "Setting user permissions guide".
First thing we want to do is go to the Account tab
From here we need to select Create User from the secondary tab.
If we now enter the Name, Username, Initial Password, Email Address, Security Questions and their Answers then we can Create the User account. The user should be created automatically and they should be now able to login.
