Can't see all Account tabs (NICEIC)

A Qualified Supervisor or Single user should be able to access all these tabs from the Account section of the website. If you cannot see all these you may not have been set as a QS. Please select the "Help & support" button on the top of the page then "Contact Support" tab. To submit a request just select one of the three options: 

  • Blue Button: Software related questions / issues
  • Red Button: Administration issues, Company detail updates, Building control notification questions
  • Green Button: Phone number for the Technical team, any questions regarding the electrical regulations
